Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
Cancellation Deadlines and Penalties:
28 days or more prior to arrival = No charge
14-27 days prior to arrival = 25% charge
7-13 days prior to arrival = 50% charge
Less than 7 days prior to arrival = Non refundable
