Hotel Description:The property consists of 12 two bedroom two bathroom apartments plus 2 three bedroom apartment, each apartment is very well appointed and the sizes of the apartments are above average for London. Access is via private entrance with lift access to any of the 5 floors.
Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen and includes a washer dryer. The property has a communal roof terrace with seating area for use by all residents on those wonderful summer evenings.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
Stays of less than 30 nights
Notification of cancellation for bookings of less than 29 consecutive nights should be made at least 8 working days prior to the actual arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time.
Where cancellation is received within this notice period, there will only be a processing fee of 25GBP and a refund will be processed accordingly less 5% credit card handling fees charge (of the total amount originally paid).
Where notification of cancellation is received less than 8 working days prior to the arrival date, refunds will be subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 3 nights as well as an admin fee of 25GBP. All refunds are subject to a 5% credit card handling fee charge (of the total amount originally paid).

All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will incur a full charge and no refund will be due.

Refunds for shortage of stays while in the property are subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 5 nights.
Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.
Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.
Clients are responsible for contacting Apartments-Bookings.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the hotel will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.
